Here's the thinking on this pair. Hyrimoz (adalimumab-adaz) is a biologic that purposely dials down part of your immune system to calm conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, or Crohn's disease. Some beta-glucans, especially the yeast and mushroom types, have been studied for the opposite job: revving the immune system up. In theory, pushing the immune system in the other direction could work against what your medication is trying to do, which might mean a bit more joint pain, skin flares, or gut symptoms.

I want to be honest, though: this concern comes from lab and early research, not real-world cases, so it's more of a 'good to know' than an alarm. Food amounts of oats or barley aren't the worry here; concentrated immune-boosting supplements are. Before adding one, just run it by your doctor or pharmacist.
