Here's the thing to keep in mind: nicotine itself is a stimulant. It nudges up your heart rate and blood pressure on its own, whether you get it from a patch, gum, lozenge, or inhaler. BMPEA is an amphetamine-like stimulant, so pairing the two means you're essentially stacking two stimulants together.

The concern is mostly additive. Combining them could push your heart rate higher, raise your blood pressure more, and leave you feeling jittery, anxious, or with a racing or pounding heartbeat. I'll be honest, this is a theoretical worry based on how these compounds behave, not on solid human studies. Still, BMPEA isn't a well-studied or approved ingredient and may not even be listed on a label, so I'd avoid it. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
