Here's the honest picture with morphine and BMPEA. Lab studies suggest BMPEA can block an enzyme called CYP2D6, and morphine does get partly handled by that pathway. The theory is that blocking it could let a bit more morphine linger in your system, which might nudge up its effects and side effects like drowsiness, constipation, slowed breathing, or feeling very sedated.

I want to be clear that this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube data, not real-world cases, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The bigger worry is BMPEA itself, since it's a hidden amphetamine-like stimulant that can raise heart rate and blood pressure, an unhealthy combo with any opioid. Please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before pairing these.
