Testosterone Undecanoate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA inhibits CYP3A4 by up to 37%.

Here's the gist for your testosterone undecanoate. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help process this medication. In lab (test tube) studies, BMPEA appears to slow that enzyme down by about a third. In plain terms, if that enzyme works slower, more testosterone could linger in your body, which in theory might nudge its effects and side effects up. Think things like acne, mood swings, fluid retention, or changes in blood pressure.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. This is only a theory based on lab data, not real people, so we don't truly know if it matters in everyday life. The bigger concern for me is BMPEA itself, which is an amphetamine-like stimulant with real heart risks. I'd skip it and check with your doctor or pharmacist first.

What Is Testosterone Injection Used For?
Brand names: Andriol, Aveed, Jatenzo, Kyzatrex
Testosterone injection is primarily used in men whose bodies do not produce enough testosterone on their own — a condition called hypogonadism. This includes primary hypogonadism (a problem with the testicles themselves, such as from injury, infection, or surgery) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (caused by problems in the brain's hormone signaling from the hypothalamus or pituitary gland). It is also used to stimulate puberty in carefully selected adolescent males with clearly delayed puberty who have not responded to other support.
Testosterone Enanthate Injection is also approved for use in women with advanced, inoperable metastatic breast cancer (specifically skeletal metastases) who are one to five years past menopause, or in premenopausal women with hormone-responsive breast cancer who have had their ovaries removed. This use should be directed by an oncologist. Aveed (testosterone undecanoate) is specifically approved for male hypogonadism only.
