Aspirin, Pentazocine falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the thing to know about Talwin Compound (which combines aspirin with the opioid pentazocine): the concern here isn't about how biofeedback changes the drug in your body. Instead, it's about one specific type, EEG biofeedback (the kind that trains your brainwaves), which may slightly lower the seizure threshold in some people. Pentazocine, like other narcotics, can also nudge that threshold down. So in theory, using both together might make a seizure a little more likely in someone who is already prone to them.

This is a theoretical, low-likelihood concern, not something most people will ever notice. Other forms of biofeedback (heart rate, muscle tension) aren't the issue. If you have a seizure history, just mention it to your doctor or pharmacist before starting EEG biofeedback.
