Bisoprolol, Hydrochlorothiazide falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the honest picture: this caution is really about EEG biofeedback and medicines that can lower the seizure threshold, and Ziac (bisoprolol plus hydrochlorothiazide) is not one of those drugs. It is a blood pressure combo, with a beta-blocker to slow the heart and a water pill to help you shed extra fluid. Neither part is known to trigger seizures, so this particular interaction doesn't really apply to your blood pressure regimen.

The whole concern is also theoretical and based on weak evidence. Biofeedback for relaxation, stress, or headaches is generally very safe alongside Ziac. If you have epilepsy or any seizure history, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before starting EEG biofeedback, and keep taking your medication as prescribed.
