Hydrochlorothiazide, Labetalol falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the honest scoop: this flag is really about EEG biofeedback (the kind used for brain training), not the relaxation or blood pressure biofeedback most folks try. The theory is that EEG biofeedback might slightly lower the brain's seizure threshold, and a few medicines can do the same, so combining them could in theory make a seizure a little more likely.

With your hydrochlorothiazide and labetalol combo (a water pill plus a beta-blocker for blood pressure), the seizure connection is weak and indirect. The bigger real-world thing to watch is dehydration or low potassium and sodium from the diuretic, which on their own can stress the body. This is a theoretical concern, not a strong warning. If you have a seizure history, just mention the EEG biofeedback to your doctor or pharmacist first.
