Hydrochlorothiazide, Pindolol falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Let me put your mind at ease here. The concern on file is that EEG biofeedback (the kind that trains your brain waves) could, in theory, nudge down the seizure threshold in certain people, and combining it with medicines that do the same might slightly raise seizure risk. The thing is, your combo pill of hydrochlorothiazide and pindolol (a water pill plus a beta-blocker for blood pressure) is not really known as a seizure-lowering drug the way the examples listed are.

This flag is mostly theoretical and a poor fit for your medication. Realistically, watch for the usual effects of this pill, like dizziness, lightheadedness, low potassium, or a slow heartbeat, rather than seizures. Biofeedback itself is very safe. Still, if you have any seizure history, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before starting.
