Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ORAL DRUGS
Why this applies to Erythromycin Stearate
Erythromycin Stearate falls under ORAL DRUGS — the group Black Psyllium interacts with.
Psyllium seems to have variable effects on drug absorption. To avoid changes in absorption, take psyllium 30-60 minutes after oral medications. Animal research shows that blond psyllium delays and increases the absorption of metformin and ethinyl estradiol. Case reports and animal research suggest that blond psyllium might reduce absorption of lithium, digoxin, olanzapine, and carbamazepine. Finally, some pharmacokinetic studies show that psyllium does not affect the absorption of levothyroxine or warfarin. Although many of these studies evaluated blond psyllium, the fiber content in black psyllium may have similar effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: black psyllium is a soluble fiber that turns into a thick gel when it hits water in your gut. That gel can grab onto pills sitting nearby and slow or reduce how much medicine actually gets absorbed. With erythromycin stearate, the worry is that the fiber could blunt how much of the antibiotic reaches your bloodstream. If you absorb less, the drug may not fight your infection as well.
This is mostly theoretical and rated minor, so don't panic. An easy fix is timing. Take your erythromycin first, then wait about 30 to 60 minutes before your psyllium. That spacing usually keeps things working. If you have any questions, check with your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Erythromycin Stearate page
“Erythromycin stearate (Erythrocin, Ethril) is an antibiotic that asks for real vigilance around supplements. It blocks the body's main drug-clearing enzyme, so the largest share of this list is herbs whose blood levels can climb while you take it.”

About Erythromycin
What Is Erythromycin Used For?
Brand names: Erythro-S, Erythrocin, Ethril
Erythromycin treats bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms. Oral and intravenous forms are used for upper and lower respiratory tract infections, skin and soft-tissue infections, pertussis (whooping cough), Legionnaires' disease, sexually transmitted infections (gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia), listeriosis, and other conditions. Erythrocin Lactobionate IV and erythromycin lactobionate injection are specifically for patients who cannot take oral medication or who need rapid, high blood levels due to severe infection — IV therapy should be switched to oral as soon as appropriate.
