Anisindione falls under ORAL DRUGS — the group Blond Psyllium interacts with.

Theoretically, psyllium might increase, decrease, or have no effect on the absorption of oral drugs.
Psyllium seems to have variable effects on drug absorption. To avoid changes in absorption, take psyllium 30-60 minutes after oral medications. Animal research shows that blond psyllium delays and increases the absorption of metformin and ethinyl estradiol. Conversely, case reports and animal research suggest that blond psyllium might reduce absorption of lithium, digoxin, olanzapine, and carbamazepine. Finally, some pharmacokinetic studies show that psyllium does not affect the absorption of levothyroxine or warfarin.

Anisindione (Miradon) is an older oral blood thinner, and like warfarin it has a narrow safety window where small shifts in how much your body absorbs can matter. Psyllium forms a thick gel in your gut, and that gel can sometimes grab onto oral medicines and change how much gets absorbed. Honestly, the data here is mixed and mostly theoretical. In studies, psyllium didn't seem to meaningfully change warfarin, a close cousin of anisindione, which is reassuring.

To play it safe, a simple timing trick helps: take your anisindione first, then wait about 30 to 60 minutes before your psyllium. Watch for any signs your blood thinning is off, like unusual bruising or bleeding. Please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before adding fiber, since they may want to check your INR.

Blond psyllium is a soluble fiber from the seed husks of Plantago ovata, and it is one of the better-studied fiber supplements.
