Toremifene Citrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Boswellia Serrata interacts with.

Theoretically, Boswellia serrata might increase or decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Boswellia serrata gum resin inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Other in vitro research shows that Boswellia serrata extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes at most concentrations, although it may modestly induce enzyme activity at low concentrations.

Here's the gist: your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break down toremifene (Fareston). Boswellia, in test-tube studies, seems to mostly slow that enzyme down (and at low amounts may slightly speed it up). If it slows the breakdown, more toremifene could linger in your system, which might mean stronger effects and a bit more risk of side effects like hot flashes, nausea, dizziness, or changes in your heart rhythm (toremifene can affect something called the QT interval).

I want to be straight with you, though: this is a theoretical concern based only on lab work, not real patient cases. Still, since toremifene is a serious cancer medicine, please run it by your oncologist or pharmacist before adding boswellia rather than starting or stopping anything on your own.
