Tositumomab falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Boswellia Serrata interacts with.

Theoretically, Boswellia serrata might alter the effects of immunosuppressive drugs.
Some in vitro research suggests that Boswellia serrata extracts might inhibit mediators of autoimmune disorders such as leukotrienes and reduce production of antibodies and cell-mediated immunity. However, other in vitro research suggests that, when coupled with calcium ions, boswellic acids containing the keto group have immunostimulant properties within specific cell signaling pathways.

Here's the thing about pairing Boswellia with Tositumomab (Bexxar): Tositumomab is an antibody-based cancer treatment that targets certain immune cells, and it carries real effects on your immune system. The concern on file is that Boswellia might nudge immune activity in one direction or another. The tricky part is that lab studies actually point both ways. Some suggest Boswellia calms immune signals, while others suggest it can stimulate certain immune pathways.

I want to be honest about how weak this evidence is. Everything here comes from test-tube and animal work, not from people taking these two together, so we really can't predict how (or even whether) it would play out in real life. Because Tositumomab is a serious medication, please don't add Boswellia without first checking with your oncologist or pharmacist.
