Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Phenobarbital falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Canadian Fleabane interacts with.

Theoretically, Canadian fleabane might cause additive effects and side effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs. Canadian fleabane has been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro.
Some anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

This combination product contains three different drugs, but the part that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin works partly by making your platelets less sticky, which is how it helps prevent clots. In lab studies, Canadian fleabane has shown a similar platelet-slowing effect. So in theory, taking them together could nudge things a little too far and raise your risk of easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that's slow to stop.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on test-tube data, not real-world human studies, so the actual risk for most people is likely small. Still, since you're already on aspirin, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding fleabane. Please don't change any of your medicines on your own.
