Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyll interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

This cough and cold combo (chlorpheniramine plus dextromethorphan) is grouped with medicines that can make your skin a bit more sensitive to sunlight. The idea here is simple addition: chlorophyll has, in a couple of rare reports, made skin more reactive to the sun too. Taken together, the theory is that your skin could sunburn or react more easily than usual.

Keep in mind this is mostly theoretical and based on weak evidence, so it is not a reason to panic. This isn't about chlorophyll changing how the medicine works or stacking up its usual side effects (like drowsiness or dry mouth). If you take both, just use sunscreen, cover up outdoors, and check with your pharmacist if you notice unusual sun rashes.
