Estramustine Phosphate Sodium falls under ALKYLATING AGENTS — the group Coenzyme Q10 interacts with.

Coenzyme Q10 has antioxidant effects. Theoretically, this may reduce the activity of chemotherapy drugs that generate free radicals.
Theoretically, antioxidants such as coenzyme Q10 might protect tumor cells from chemotherapeutic agents that work by inducing oxidative stress, such as alkylating agents (e.g., cyclophosphamide) and radiation therapy. The clinical importance of this interaction is unknown.

Here's the idea behind this caution with estramustine (Emcyt). Some chemotherapy works partly by creating oxidative stress, basically a flood of free radicals that helps damage cancer cells. CoQ10 is an antioxidant, so on paper there's a worry that it could mop up some of those free radicals and make the chemo slightly less effective at fighting your prostate cancer.

I want to be honest about how soft this concern is. It's a theoretical idea based on how these drugs work, not something proven to happen in people taking estramustine. Estramustine mainly acts by disrupting the cancer cell's internal scaffolding, so the free-radical angle may matter even less here. Still, since this is cancer treatment, please don't add CoQ10 on your own. Check with your oncologist or pharmacist first so nothing undercuts your therapy.
