Canagliflozin, Metformin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Colocynth interacts with.

Here's the thing with Invokamet (canagliflozin and metformin): it already works hard to lower your blood sugar. Some small studies suggest colocynth fruit powder can lower fasting blood sugar too. So if you stack the two together, your numbers could drop further than expected, raising the chance of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). That can feel like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling weak.

Honestly, the bigger worry here is colocynth itself. It's a harsh, sometimes toxic laxative, and the diabetes evidence is fairly weak. The dehydration it causes could also stress your kidneys, which matters with canagliflozin. I'd steer clear and check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
