Valchlor (mechlorethamine gel applied to the skin) is approved to treat Stage IA and IB mycosis fungoides-type cutaneous T-cell lymphoma — a slow-growing cancer that primarily affects the skin. It is used in patients who have already received at least one prior skin-directed treatment.
