Aspirin, Hydrocodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cordyceps interacts with.

Theoretically, cordyceps may increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
In vitro and animal research suggests that cordyceps extract inhibits platelet aggregation and function. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Lortab ASA (which is aspirin combined with hydrocodone). The piece that matters here is the aspirin part. Aspirin already keeps your platelets from sticking together, which is why it's known to raise bleeding risk a bit. Lab and animal studies hint that cordyceps may do something similar, dialing down platelet function. Stack the two and, in theory, you could see things like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset that takes longer to stop.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical. It has only been seen in test tubes and animals, never reported in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, it's worth a quick mention to your doctor or pharmacist, especially before any surgery or dental work.
