First things first: Arformoterol (Brovana) is a liquid you breathe into your lungs through a nebulizer, not a pill you swallow. The interaction on file is about mandrake slowing down your gut, which could let some oral medicines sit longer and get absorbed more. Since arformoterol goes straight to your airways and isn't taken by mouth, this particular gut-related concern doesn't really line up with how you use it.

The bigger worry is mandrake itself, which is genuinely toxic and something we strongly advise against using at all. On top of that, both mandrake and arformoterol can speed up the heart and trigger jitters, so combining them could make those effects worse. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything with mandrake.

About Arformoterol Oral Inhalation

What Is Arformoterol Oral Inhalation Used For?

Brand name: Brovana

Arformoterol tartrate inhalation solution is used for the long-term, twice-daily maintenance treatment of bronchoconstriction (airway narrowing) in adults with COPD, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

It is not a rescue inhaler and should not be used for sudden breathing attacks or acute flare-ups of COPD. It is also not approved to treat asthma.
