ORAL DRUGS
Why this applies to Argatroban
Argatroban falls under ORAL DRUGS — the group European Mandrake interacts with.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
First things first: I'd steer clear of European mandrake entirely. It's genuinely toxic, and there's no safe, proven use for it. So the most important advice here isn't really about the mix with your blood thinner, it's about the mandrake itself.
On the interaction we have on file: mandrake's tropane alkaloids can slow down how your gut moves, which in theory lets some oral drugs sit longer and get absorbed more. Here's the wrinkle for Argatroban, though. Argatroban isn't taken by mouth, it's given as an IV infusion in the hospital and carefully dose-adjusted by your care team. So this gut-absorption concern doesn't really apply to it the way it would to a pill. This is a theoretical concern based on how the chemicals work, not strong human data. Still, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before adding any supplement.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Argatroban page
“Argatroban is an intravenous blood thinner, usually given in the hospital when heparin cannot be used, so anyone receiving it already carries real bleeding risk. That is exactly where this list bears down.”

European mandrake is a highly toxic plant from the nightshade family that was used in ancient and medieval times as a sedative and pain reliever.
