Celiprolol is a beta-blocker used to lower blood pressure and ease the heart's workload. The concern here is fairly indirect. European mandrake contains tropane alkaloids (like atropine) that slow down how fast your gut moves things along. When your gut slows, a pill can sit in your system longer and potentially get absorbed more fully, which in theory could raise how much celiprolol your body takes in.

If that happened, you might notice a stronger drug effect: a slower heart rate, lightheadedness, unusual tiredness, or cold hands and feet. I want to be honest though, this is a theoretical worry based on how these chemicals behave, not solid human data. The bigger issue is that mandrake itself is genuinely toxic and unsafe to take. Please don't use it, and talk with your pharmacist or doctor about any supplement.
