Let me start with the most important thing: European mandrake is genuinely poisonous, and I'd urge you not to take it at all. Setting that aside, here's how it could clash with Levorphanol. Mandrake's tropane alkaloids (like atropine and scopolamine) slow down how your gut moves things along. When your digestion slows, a pill like Levorphanol can sit longer and get absorbed more fully, which theoretically nudges its levels up.

For a strong opioid, that's worth respecting. More drug on board can mean deeper sedation, slowed breathing, constipation, and confusion. This is a theoretical concern based on how these chemicals behave, not hard proof, but the safest move is simple: don't use mandrake, and check with your pharmacist or doctor about anything you're adding.
