Ezetimibe, Atorvastatin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Evodia interacts with.

Theoretically, evodia might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that evodia extract inhibits hepatic CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Your combo pill, Liptruzet, pairs ezetimibe with atorvastatin, and the atorvastatin part leans on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to get cleared from your body. In lab studies, Evodia seems to slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in people, your atorvastatin could build up a bit, which can nudge up the risk of its typical side effects like muscle aches, soreness, or weakness, and rarely liver irritation.

Here's the honest part: this is only based on test-tube work, not on actual patients, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, since muscle issues from statins are worth watching, I'd run the Evodia idea by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
