Here's the gist: Gliclazide already lowers your blood sugar, and fenugreek may nudge it down a little further. So when you take them together, the two effects can stack up, and your sugar could drop lower than you expect. This isn't fenugreek changing how your body breaks down gliclazide. It's simply two blood-sugar-lowering effects working in the same direction.

What to watch for is low blood sugar: shakiness, sweating, dizziness, headache, or feeling foggy. A pinch of fenugreek in cooking is unlikely to matter much, but concentrated supplement doses are more likely to add up. Please don't stop or change anything on your own. Loop in your pharmacist or doctor so they can help you keep an eye on your numbers.
