Here's the short version: both fenugreek and Muraglitazar work to lower blood sugar, so taking them together can stack those effects. Muraglitazar is a diabetes medication that improves how your body handles sugar and fats, and fenugreek's fiber and plant compounds may nudge your blood sugar down further. The concern isn't that fenugreek changes how Muraglitazar is broken down, it's simply additive. Your numbers could dip lower than expected.

That can mean signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling foggy. The everyday pinch of fenugreek in cooking is unlikely to matter much, but concentrated supplement doses are a different story. Don't change anything on your own. Check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your glucose readings.
