Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the gist for Tracleer (bosentan): some studies suggest that regularly drinking fermented milk can nudge your top blood pressure number (systolic) down a little. Bosentan already works to relax the blood vessels feeding your lungs, so in theory pairing the two could add up and leave your blood pressure a touch lower than expected.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on how these things work, not a strong, proven interaction. Most people enjoying yogurt or kefir won't notice anything. Still, if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unusually tired when standing up, that's worth mentioning. Bosentan isn't a prodrug, so this isn't about losing its benefit. Just check with your pharmacist or doctor before making big changes.
