Flucloxacillin falls under ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS — the group Fermented Milk interacts with.

Theoretically, antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of fermented milk.
Some fermented milk preparations contain live and active organisms, including lactobacilli and bifidobacteria strains. Simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of these organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and fermented milk preparations by at least 2 hours.

Here's the thing to keep in mind: this interaction runs in one direction only. Flucloxacillin (Staphylex) is an antibiotic, and its job is to kill bacteria. The trouble is it can't tell the difference between the germs making you sick and the friendly live cultures in your fermented milk. So taking them at the same time may knock out a chunk of those good bugs, meaning you don't get the probiotic benefit you were hoping for.

Good news is your flucloxacillin still works fine, and this won't cause new side effects. It's a theoretical concern based on how antibiotics behave, not strong human proof. If you want both, a simple fix is spacing them out by at least 2 hours. Any questions, just ask your pharmacist.
