Ozenoxacin falls under ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS — the group Fermented Milk interacts with.

Theoretically, antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of fermented milk.
Some fermented milk preparations contain live and active organisms, including lactobacilli and bifidobacteria strains. Simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of these organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and fermented milk preparations by at least 2 hours.

Here's the good news first: this interaction is mostly a non-issue for ozenoxacin (Xepi). Xepi is a cream you rub directly onto the skin to clear up impetigo. It stays right where you put it and isn't swallowed, so it never really meets the live probiotic bugs in fermented milk down in your gut.

The concern on file is really about oral antibiotics. When you take an antibiotic by mouth, it can kill off some of the helpful lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in foods like yogurt or kefir, making the probiotic less effective. That's why the usual advice is to space them apart by a couple hours. With a skin cream like Xepi, that doesn't apply. If you ever have questions, your pharmacist is happy to confirm.
