Your Diutensen combines two blood pressure lowering ingredients: cryptenamine (which relaxes blood vessels) and methyclothiazide (a thiazide-type water pill). Fish oil isn't broken down by the same pathways, so this isn't a liver enzyme issue. Instead, the concern is simply additive. Omega-3s can modestly lower blood pressure on their own, so stacking them on top of an already strong blood pressure combo could nudge your numbers down a bit more than expected.

In real life that might show up as dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, or feeling tired. This is rated moderate and is more theoretical than dramatic, and food amounts of fish are unlikely to matter. If you'd like to add a fish oil supplement, just check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your blood pressure.
