Flaxseed Oil + Nimodipine
Nimodipine brand names: Nimotop, Nymalize.
Flaxseed Oil has a moderate interaction with Nimodipine. Theoretically, combining flaxseed oil with other antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS
Why this applies to Nimodipine
Nimodipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Flaxseed Oil interacts with.
Some clinical evidence suggests that long-term consumption of flaxseed oil can modestly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure, while other clinical research shows no effect.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the basic idea with this pairing. Nimodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, and one of its expected effects is lowering your blood pressure. Flaxseed oil, taken over time, may itself nudge blood pressure down a little. So putting the two together could theoretically add up and drop your numbers a bit more than nimodipine alone, which might show up as lightheadedness, dizziness, feeling faint when you stand, or a flushed feeling.
I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on how these work, and flaxseed's blood pressure effect is small and inconsistent in studies. It's not a dangerous combo for most people. Since nimodipine is used in a serious setting, just let your pharmacist or doctor know before adding the supplement, and don't change anything on your own.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Nimodipine page
“Nimodipine (Nimotop, Nymalize) is given after bleeding around the brain to stop blood vessels from clamping down, and the supplement interactions on file earn real caution, not a shrug. Of the 227 ingredients listed, most either interfere with CYP3A4, the liver enzyme that clears nimodipine, or lower blood pressure on their own and sta…”

About Nimodipine
What Is Nimodipine Used For?
Brand names: Nimotop, Nymalize
Nimodipine — available as capsules and oral solution — is used to improve neurological outcomes after a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), a type of bleeding that occurs around the brain when an intracranial berry aneurysm ruptures. It works to reduce the incidence and severity of ischemic deficits (areas of the brain damaged by reduced blood flow) that can follow this kind of bleed.
This use applies across nimodipine capsules, nimodipine oral solution, and Nymalize oral solution. It is indicated for adult patients regardless of how severe their neurological condition is at the time treatment begins.

Natural Medicines records Nimodipine as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Flaxseed Oil — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
