Argatroban falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Garden Cress interacts with.

Theoretically, garden cress seed may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Animal research suggests that garden cress seed extract can increase bleeding time when used in combination with the antiplatelet agent clopidogrel. This has not been shown in humans and it is unclear if garden cress seed itself has anticoagulant or antiplatelet effects.

Argatroban is a strong blood thinner given through an IV, usually in the hospital to prevent or treat dangerous clots (often in people who can't take heparin). Because it directly blocks clotting, the main worry is always bleeding, things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or more serious internal bleeding.

The concern here is that garden cress seed might add to that bleeding risk. But honestly, this is only a theory. The signal comes from an animal study using concentrated seed extract with a different drug, and it has never been shown in people. We're not even sure garden cress thins the blood on its own. Eating it as food is very unlikely to matter. Since argatroban is carefully dosed and monitored in the hospital, just mention any cress supplements to your care team.
