Naproxen, Sumatriptan falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Garden Cress interacts with.

Theoretically, garden cress seed may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Animal research suggests that garden cress seed extract can increase bleeding time when used in combination with the antiplatelet agent clopidogrel. This has not been shown in humans and it is unclear if garden cress seed itself has anticoagulant or antiplatelet effects.

Treximet combines two medicines: naproxen (an NSAID) and sumatriptan (a migraine reliever). The piece that matters here is the naproxen. Like other NSAIDs, naproxen already nudges up bleeding risk on its own by making platelets a bit less sticky and by sometimes irritating the stomach lining.

The concern with concentrated garden cress seed is that, in animal studies, it appeared to lengthen bleeding time when paired with a blood-thinning drug. Stacked on top of naproxen, the worry is a little extra bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset. Honestly though, this is theoretical, based only on lab and animal work, and hasn't been shown in people. Cress used as a food is very unlikely to matter. If you take seed supplements regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist.
