Seglentis combines two medicines: celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory) and tramadol (an opioid pain reliever). The tramadol piece is the one that matters here. Tramadol can already make you feel drowsy, dizzy, or foggy. Gotu kola may have a mild calming effect of its own, possibly by acting on GABA, the brain's natural "slow down" signal. So combining them could, in theory, stack up that sleepiness.

I'll be honest with you though: this concern comes only from lab research, not real patient cases, so it's a soft, theoretical worry. Still, if you notice extra grogginess, trouble concentrating, or feeling unsteady, that's worth paying attention to. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding gotu kola, and don't change your Seglentis on your own.
