Zuclopenthixol (Clopixol) is an older antipsychotic that already tends to make people feel drowsy, calm, or a bit slowed down. The concern here is simply additive: guarumo, in one animal study, acted like a mild sedative and caused muscle relaxation and clumsy movement. So if you pair it with a medicine that already has those effects, you could feel more sleepy, foggy, dizzy, or unsteady on your feet than usual.

Keep this in perspective. This caution comes only from a lab/animal study, not from human data, so it's theoretical. Still, it makes sense to be careful. Don't change your Clopixol on your own. Just mention the guarumo tea to your pharmacist or doctor first, especially before driving or if you ever feel extra groggy.
