Piroxicam falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Holy Basil interacts with.

Theoretically, holy basil seed oil might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Animal research shows that holy basil seed oil can prolong bleeding time, possibly due to inhibition of platelet aggregation. However, it is not known if this occurs in humans.

Here's the thing with Feldene (piroxicam): it's an NSAID, and like other NSAIDs it can already make your blood a little slower to clot and can irritate your stomach lining. Holy basil hasn't been shown to do this in people, but in animal studies its seed oil prolonged bleeding time, likely by making platelets less sticky. So at least on paper, pairing the two could nudge your bleeding risk a bit higher.

I want to be honest that this is theoretical and based only on animal data, so it may not matter much in real life, especially with culinary amounts of tulsi. Still, keep an eye out for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, dark stools, or stomach pain. Before adding a holy basil supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
