Piroxicam (Feldene) is a potent, long-acting NSAID for arthritis pain, and since it already carries real stomach-bleeding risk on its own, my honest read is that this page calls for genuine caution rather than a quick skim. Most of the 285 interacting supplements share a single problem: they thin the blood or blunt platelets, stacking bleeding risk on top of what piroxicam brings. Alcohol is the everyday standout, with both beer and wine rated major for gastrointestinal bleeding.

A few of the worst entries pull in other directions. Two major-rated botanicals can damage the kidneys, an organ NSAIDs already stress, and activated charcoal can soak up piroxicam before it ever works, so keep the two well separated.
