Piroxicam falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the thing with this pair. Piroxicam is an NSAID, and like other NSAIDs it can already nudge up your bleeding risk on its own (think easier bruising, stomach irritation, or a bleed in the gut). Sweet woodruff contains coumarin, a compound that, in theory, could add to that bleeding tendency. So the concern is the two effects stacking together.

Honestly though, this one is mostly on paper. The coumarin amounts in sweet woodruff are tiny, the evidence is theoretical, and a real-world problem is considered unlikely. Still, since piroxicam itself can be hard on the stomach, I'd mention any sweet woodruff use to your pharmacist or doctor and watch for unusual bruising or dark stools.
