Cangrelor falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the gist: sweet woodruff naturally contains coumarin, a compound that can slightly nudge your blood toward thinning. Cangrelor (Kengreal) is already a potent IV antiplatelet medicine given in the hospital, usually during a cardiac procedure like stenting. Stacking something that has even mild blood-thinning potential on top of it could, in theory, raise your bleeding risk a little, think easier bruising, bleeding gums, or oozing at an IV or catheter site.

That said, the actual coumarin levels in sweet woodruff are very low, so a real-world problem is doubtful, and this is based on pharmacology theory rather than reported cases. Since cangrelor is only used in a monitored hospital setting, just let your care team know about any herbs you take so they can keep an eye out.
