Cilostazol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the gist with cilostazol (Pletal): it's an antiplatelet medicine, meaning it makes your platelets a little less sticky to keep blood flowing through narrowed leg arteries. Sweet woodruff contains coumarin, a compound that, in theory, could add to that blood-thinning effect. Stack the two and you might tip slightly toward easier bruising, nosebleeds, or longer bleeding from small cuts.

That said, the amount of coumarin in sweet woodruff is very low, this concern is theoretical (based on chemistry, not real-world cases), and an actual problem is considered unlikely. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since both touch bleeding, it's worth a quick word with your pharmacist or doctor before adding sweet woodruff, especially as a concentrated supplement.
