Enoxaparin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the simple version: enoxaparin (Lovenox) is already a strong blood thinner you inject to prevent clots. Sweet woodruff contains coumarin, a natural compound that, in theory, can add a little to that blood-thinning effect. Stack the two and you could nudge up the risk of bleeding, things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that's slow to stop.

The good news is that this is mostly a theoretical concern. The amount of coumarin in sweet woodruff is usually very low, so a real-world problem is considered unlikely. Still, because enoxaparin is a serious medication, I'd play it safe. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your enoxaparin dose on your own.

Sweet woodruff is a fragrant European herb traditionally used for digestion, calming, and various other complaints, but solid human evidence for any of these uses is lacking. What Is Enoxaparin Injection Used For?

Brand name: Lovenox

Enoxaparin injection is used to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) — blood clots in the legs — in people having abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery, or knee replacement surgery, and in hospitalized patients who are largely immobile due to acute illness. It is also used to treat acute DVT, with or without a pulmonary embolism (a clot in the lungs), both in the hospital and at home.

It is also used alongside aspirin to reduce dangerous complications of unstable angina and non-Q-wave heart attack, and to treat acute STEMI (a severe type of heart attack involving full blockage of a coronary artery) in patients who receive clot-dissolving therapy or undergo a procedure to open the blocked artery (PCI).
