Dicumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the situation with these two. Dicumarol is already a powerful blood thinner (it works a lot like warfarin, by blocking vitamin K). Sweet woodruff naturally contains coumarin, which sits in the same chemical family. On paper, stacking a coumarin-containing herb on top of a coumarin-style anticoagulant could nudge your blood toward thinning a bit too much, raising the odds of bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or harder-to-stop bleeding.

That said, I don't want to scare you. This is a theoretical concern only, and the amount of coumarin in sweet woodruff is so tiny that a real effect is unlikely. Because Dicumarol is a finicky, narrow-margin drug, please run any sweet woodruff use past your pharmacist or doctor first.
