Iloprost falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the short version: iloprost (Ventavis) doesn't just open up the lung blood vessels, it also makes your platelets a little less sticky, so it has a mild blood-thinning quality of its own. Sweet woodruff contains a small amount of coumarin, which in theory could nudge things in the same bleeding-prone direction. Put them together and the concern is a slightly higher chance of bruising or bleeding more easily.

Now, the honest truth is this is mostly on-paper reasoning. The coumarin in sweet woodruff is usually so low that a real-world effect is doubtful, especially from food or tea amounts. Concentrated supplement doses are a bigger question mark. If you're using both, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor and watch for unusual bruising or bleeding.
