Acenocoumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the gist: Acenocoumarol (Sintrom) is a blood thinner, and your dose is fine-tuned to keep your INR in a safe window. Sweet woodruff naturally contains coumarin, a compound in the same chemical family as your medication. In theory, adding it on top could nudge your blood thinning a little further and slightly raise the chance of bleeding, like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood in your urine or stool.

The honest truth, though, is that the amount of coumarin in sweet woodruff is very small, so a real problem is unlikely. This is a theoretical concern, not something proven in people. Still, because acenocoumarol leaves little room for error, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using it.
