Piroxicam falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Mangosteen interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of mangosteen with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding.
In vitro and animal research shows that gamma-mangostin, a constituent of mangosteen, is a potent and competitive antagonist of the serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor. Antagonism of the 5-HT2A receptor is believed to reduce platelet aggregation.

Here's the thing with mangosteen and Piroxicam (Feldene). Piroxicam is an NSAID, and like other NSAIDs it can already nudge up your bleeding risk a bit because it affects how platelets stick together and can irritate the stomach lining. Mangosteen, at least in lab and animal studies, also seems to make platelets less likely to clump. Stack the two together and, in theory, you could see a little more bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset.

I'll be straight with you though: this is based only on test-tube and animal research, so it's more of a theoretical concern than something proven in people. Food amounts of the fruit are unlikely to matter. If you're using concentrated mangosteen supplements alongside Piroxicam, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
