Theoretically, concomitant use of mangosteen with donepezil might increase the effects of donepezil.
Animal research shows that concomitant use of an aqueous extract of mangosteen pericarp with donepezil increases brain concentrations of donepezil at 4 hours by 64% without associated effects on systemic exposure.

Here's the gist for mangosteen and your donepezil (Aricept). In one animal study, mangosteen rind extract pushed more donepezil into the brain (about 64% higher at 4 hours), even though the amount in the bloodstream didn't change. The thinking is that mangosteen might boost donepezil's effects a bit. Donepezil is not a prodrug, so more drug reaching the brain could mean stronger action and a slightly higher chance of its usual side effects, like nausea, diarrhea, trouble sleeping, or a slower heartbeat.

That said, this is theoretical and based only on animal research, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Eating the fruit is unlikely to matter; concentrated supplements are the bigger question mark. Before adding a mangosteen supplement, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
