Dicumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Mangosteen interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of mangosteen with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding.
In vitro and animal research shows that gamma-mangostin, a constituent of mangosteen, is a potent and competitive antagonist of the serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor. Antagonism of the 5-HT2A receptor is believed to reduce platelet aggregation.

Dicumarol is a blood thinner, similar in spirit to warfarin, so it already slows your blood's ability to clot. Here's the concern: mangosteen contains a compound called gamma-mangostin that, in lab and animal studies, appears to make platelets a little less sticky. Stack that mild blood-thinning nudge on top of Dicumarol and, in theory, you could bleed more easily. That might show up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop.

I want to be honest about the evidence though. This is only test-tube and animal research, not proven in people, and eating mangosteen as fruit is unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated supplements or juices are the bigger question. Since Dicumarol needs careful balancing, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
