Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Piroxicam
Piroxicam falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Kiwi interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: piroxicam is an NSAID, and like most NSAIDs it can make your blood a little slower to clot. That already raises your odds of things like stomach upset, bruising, or, in some cases, bleeding from the stomach lining. Kiwi has been shown in research to make platelets (the cells that help form clots) a bit less sticky. So in theory, pairing the two could add up and nudge your bleeding risk a touch higher.
I want to be honest about how strong this is. This concern is theoretical, based on how kiwi behaves, not on real reports of people bleeding from eating it. A kiwi or two as food is unlikely to cause trouble. If you take piroxicam daily or use blood thinners, just mention your kiwi habit to your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Piroxicam page
“Piroxicam (Feldene) is a potent, long-acting NSAID for arthritis pain, and since it already carries real stomach-bleeding risk on its own, my honest read is that this page calls for genuine caution rather than a quick skim. Most of the 285 interacting supplements share a single problem: they thin the blood or blunt platelets, stacking…”

Piroxicam Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Piroxicam as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Kiwi — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
