Piroxicam falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cnidium interacts with.

Laboratory research shows that osthol, a constituent of cnidium, inhibits blood clotting and the activity of platelets. Theoretically, cnidium might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the thing about pairing cnidium with piroxicam. Piroxicam isn't a blood thinner by trade, but as an NSAID it does affect your platelets and can irritate the stomach lining, so it carries its own bleeding risk. Cnidium contains a compound called osthole that, in lab and animal studies, slows blood clotting and platelet activity. Stack the two together and you could nudge that bleeding risk a little higher.

I want to be honest about the evidence though: this is based on test-tube and animal research, not real patients, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, watch for signs like easy bruising, nosebleeds, dark or bloody stools, or stomach upset. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you take piroxicam daily.
