Cnidium + Aspirin
Aspirin brand names: Children's Aspirin, Easprin, Ecotrin, ASA, Asaphen, and others.
Cnidium has a moderate interaction with Aspirin. Laboratory research shows that osthol, a constituent of cnidium, inhibits blood clotting and the activity of platelets.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin
Aspirin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cnidium interacts with.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with Cnidium and aspirin. Aspirin already thins your blood by quieting down platelets, the little cells that help you form clots. Cnidium contains a compound called osthole, and in lab and animal studies it seems to do a similar thing, nudging platelets to clot less easily. Stack the two together and, in theory, you could get a bit more bleeding effect than aspirin alone.
I want to be honest about the evidence though: this is based on test-tube and animal research, not solid human studies, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, if you're on aspirin, watch for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums. Before adding Cnidium, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin page
“Aspirin thins the blood on purpose, and most of the 242 supplements and herbs on this page push that same effect further, so genuine care is warranted here rather than a shrug. Just over 200 of the entries can add to aspirin's antiplatelet action and raise the odds of bruising or bleeding, particularly in the stomach.”

Aspirin Is Linked to Lower Levels of 3 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Aspirin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Cnidium — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
