Cnidium + Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen brand names: Motrin, Children's Motrin, Advil, Children's Advil, Fenbid Forte Gel, and others.
Cnidium has a moderate interaction with Ibuprofen. Laboratory research shows that osthol, a constituent of cnidium, inhibits blood clotting and the activity of platelets.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cnidium interacts with.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to know about pairing Cnidium with ibuprofen. Ibuprofen, on its own, already nudges your platelets a little and can thin the blood slightly, especially with regular or higher doses. Cnidium contains a compound called osthole that, in lab and animal studies, also slows down platelets and clotting. Stack the two together and you're theoretically working on the same target from two directions, which could mean more bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset that's harder to stop.
I want to be honest with you though: this concern comes from test-tube and animal research, not solid human studies, so we really don't know how strong it is in real life. Still, if you take ibuprofen often or have any bleeding risk, run it by your pharmacist or doctor before adding Cnidium.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Ibuprofen page
“Most people treat ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) as an everyday pain reliever, which is exactly why this list of 286 interacting supplements deserves real attention rather than a shrug. The dominant pattern by far is bleeding: 202 of these ingredients can add to the bleeding and stomach irritation ibuprofen already causes, and the seven maj…”

Ibuprofen Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Ibuprofen as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Cnidium — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
